No need for me to talk to someone. My family knows and respects my choice and allow me the dignity to do so. As do my specialists. There's a lot I don't share here concerning my health issues. Since I can't do it myself, I've already researched how someone can help me. It's my choice, my life. But if Rump gets back in, I'll never be able to afford most of the meds keeping me alive. I've lived a good life, I'm 100% okay with this and want to go on my terms.

Some truth to that, but mainly because it was made clear that most of the posters don't want to know what the other side is saying/thinking. I have known she has had a problem for several weeks, but if you came here and read some of the posts, you would never know it. So why come just for the abuse.

She can't answer a question without a word salad. That is her biggest failing and is probably going to cost her the election.

As for how I knew she had issues while the lovefest was still going on? It's because I read the crosstabs of the polls, not just the results and they have been flashing red for her for 3-4 weeks.

More than once, you've used the term "word salad" to describe how Harris speaks. IDK what you think deserves this characterization, but I've heard her talk at rallies and respond to questions many times, most recently a few minutes ago in Erie, PA. I don't find anything ambiguous about what she says. Harris is especially eloquent when she talks about abortion rights, which are overwhelmingly supported across the political spectrum. In the Erie rally she even played snippets of Trump's speeches and then went on to point out the grave danger he poses. I think this is an effective approach I hope she uses far more in the home stretch.

And if you believe Harris spouts word salad, what do you think about Trump? It astounds me how anyone intelligent can listen to him speak and not consider him anything but unhinged as he repeats lies about immigrants, his record, and pretty much everything else, even if you favor his "policies."

As for polling, I try not to pay too much attention either way, with the exception of a few people I follow who provide cogent arguments about why polls aren't predictive of the outcome while pointing out what they may mean. That doesn't mean I'm confident Harris will win, just that I and all of us who don't want to live in a fascist dictatorship need to do whatever we can to help make sure she does.

He calls Harris stupid and our leaders dumb while he stands in front of Arizonans and called them “Azur-Asians”. He’s talking about unleashing the national guard and military on citizens. He and JD Vance have said they don’t care what the status of immigrants are.

I sincerely want to know how you paint a policy position on taxes or whatever else you disagree with Harris on, as any way equal to man who slanders our allies and constantly felates dictators.

His “policy” positions you love so much could be enacted by other conservative. Probably better and without the baggage. They are anyways, Trump has no grasp of any policy position. Do you actually listen to him, or is he just an R?

The poll was conducted by YouGov for CBS News between October 8 and October 11. It found that 87 percent of Black likely voters would vote for Harris and 12 percent would vote for Trump.

I can’t believe there’s still “I don’t know enough about Harris” voters out there. That’s just pure laziness and it’s also a problem created by Trump. Most presidential candidates weren’t nationally well known before they announced their run. Might be news some some, but the Internet is a useful tool for things other than validating outrage.

It’s both aggravating and fitting for the US that Trump being supposedly well-known is based on an image completely fabricated by Hollywood that ignores his long record of failures, bankruptcies, frauds, bailouts, and thousands of lawsuits against him and his businesses. Anybody who still says “he’s a successful business man” should be bitch slapped. His fabricated image is what saved his ass. With a similar image perception MAGA probably would have put James Gandolfini into office based on his performance as Tony Soprano and we probably would have gotten better results.
