Given that one of his own campaign staffers said the incident happened by blaming it on a “crazy” woman and a statement was issued that woman wasn’t pressing charges out of fear for her safety, I think we can safely say it happened.
It will probably be decided by less than a point but that seems common for the most part no matter who's been running for the last several election cycles. We have to be prepared to keep the foot on the gas all the way until election day, and the DNC is smart to have lawyered up because if they do win, they'll have to defend it because there's no way Republicans will accept it outside of a landslide victory, which won't happen.

They drive us all crazy, and it's the left as well as the right. No amount of replying "Stop" or unsubscribing will help, because they've got hundreds of accounts from which to contact you. Even if you give a recurring donation they'll still contact you regularly asking for money.
