The Democrat agenda 2022 and going forward

AOC gives zero fucks, we need more of this.

Part of the problem with me not responding is you hit me with what? 17 or 18 things all at once. Many I don't recall the details of.

But here are some of them. As for his tax returns, I don't think it will be as revealing as many of you do because I know how the very wealthy hide income and its sources. So seeing will just be a number and you still won't know much more about his finances.

After Clinton, we were told sex didn't matter.

As for Bannon, Stone and Kushner's pardons, I can say they were for specific acts and not a blanket 10 year for anything you have done. Do you realize that from the time Joe signed that pardon until midnight,, Hunter could have robbed multiple banks and would not have been able to be touched,

Trump hired people he could trust. And yes, that meant family members. You say "hired". They weren't paid.

Kushner is no longer a convicted felon. Same as Hunter.

I think my views on the classified docs thing are well known. You might have to go back and look them up.

If the fact of the case of E. Jean Carroll were against a Dem, you would probably have the same views as I do. She couldn't remember the date, didn't tell anyone, got the store wrong, etc.

As for the Hunter pardon. I don't really care as I never believed him when he said he wasn't going to do it. Didn't believe him the first time he said all the way through the many other times he said it. It's on you if you did.

As for him no longer being able to plead the 5th, you don't have to respond, it won't matter. I predict at some point it will have its own thread. ;)

Thanks for the response - I do appreciate it.

I hit you with 17 or 18 things to make a broader point, most of these questions have been asked piecemeal elsewhere. The purpose of that post was to show how much you choose to defend for Trump. You did have a response for each one, and for each one it’s essentially an excuse. Apply that resume of bad behavior to others - there’s no way in hell you’d grant Biden a pass if his name replaced Trump’s in the list, everything else being equal.

It’s special pleading to the highest degree. I hate to dig up old discussions, but I remember you were against BLM decals on racing cars. When it was a MAGA car, your views shifted. That’s just one of many examples.

The bottom line is, you know full and well - and have admitted as such - the republicans aren’t done with Hunter. The Trump family is free to commit crimes, but Hunter Biden’s grift in the private sector is more important to you than Trump’s open crimes? Remember, at points, Trump didn’t even deny some of them. “Yeah. I took the docs and had an absolute right to have them. I declassified them all and that’s that. They should have kept begging me for them.” That was esssntially his argument. What a joke.

Here’s the thing, you will be defending Trump a lot over the next four years, and it’s going to get worse. He’s already proven how he utilizes his base of supporters like yourself to grant him pass after pass as he inches (sprints, actually) towards fascism. The proof is in his words, his past actions, his supporters (some of whom openly admit they want a dictator and he’s the man for the job), and his future acts, which he’s planning to install unqualified loyalists for.

Why do I give a flying f*ck about what Hunter Biden did when Trump is a felon and installing felons in his cabinet? Felons who have already said they want to charge virtually anyone who’s even criticized Trump, let alone investigated or prosecuted him. I strongly urge you to watch some Kash Patel interviews. The guy is truly a nutter. But then again, so is Trump, so it is what it is I suppose.

I admit in the case of the Biden pardon, many of us look like hypocrites, including Biden. Oh well, congrats. You can now have one of a small amount of things to point to in order to defend Trump’s list of a million sins of greater destruction. And remember, I don’t think this would have been a blanket pardon if not for the vindictive and mentally-ill asshats preparing to assume office. This was probably more about future protection from malicious prosecution than what he was already convicted of.

The bottom line is, you know full and well - and have admitted as such - the republicans aren’t done with Hunter

Why do I give a flying f*ck about what Hunter Biden

Why is hearing what he has to say a bad thing? Are you afraid of what he might say?

Maybe we find out who “the big guy” is and why he gets 10%.

Hunter should just say “Yeah, we did make a lot of money, we had an absolute right to do it, my dad helped and we made a killing. He also did it in office as president because it’s not a crime, just a Supreme Court-sanctioned “tip”. Also, my dad took all the Epstein files home, he declassified them all without telling anyone, and I guess if you want them back you can come beg and plead. The day after Trump took office, we also hosted Putin in our home, along with Viktor Orban.”

Or he should just storm the Capitol in January, beat up a couple cops and then classify it as hugging and kissing cops with love and get a last-minute pardon for that too. That’s a win/win - Hunter gets pardoned, and you guys have something to point to to justify Trump pardoning the J6 rednecks, which we all know Trump supporters would defend anyways.

I mean, what’s good for the goose…

Why is hearing what he has to say a bad thing? Are you afraid of what he might say?

Here, going to add to your post. Again, I'll ask where you've shared the same contempt for these folks. And again, I'll wait for nothing because it absolutely does not exist.
Why is hearing what Jim Jordan has to say a bad thing? Are you afraid of what he might say?
Why is hearing what Kevin McCarthy has to say a bad thing? Are you afraid of what he might say?
Why is hearing what Mark Meadows has to say a bad thing? Are you afraid of what he might say?
Why is hearing what Bill Barr has to say a bad thing? Are you afraid of what he might say?
Why is hearing what Dan Scavino has to say a bad thing? Are you afraid of what he might say?

@Herdfan Where you have an argument that isn't just 100% grade A partisan bullshit, I'll be happy to engage. But get real.

Why is hearing what he has to say an important thing?

Because he knows who "the big guy" is and why he gets 10%.

Looks, there are allegations that Biden was getting kickbacks from Ukraine. IF this is true, don't you want to know? If you don't want to know, why not?

And as @Eric noted, if the name Biden was swapped with Trump, you would want a full investigation am I right?

How would what Biden maybe did (that there really has been no evidence of) worse than what Trump brags about and does in the open?

Would I care under normal circumstances? Yes. When there’s good evidence and an elected felon isn’t doing worse all the f*cking time.

Don’t you want to know if someone robbed your television? Yes, as soon as I get the arsonist and murderers out of the house.

Again, I say this with the knowledge there is only the flimsiest of “evidence” here. This has been researched for four years. Remember when Trump said they should have brought his cases earlier and the Mueller probe “went on too long” (two years, hardly an eternity in criminal probes)?

They can share a cell with Eric Holder.
The point is that while Eric Holder and Hunter Biden may be equally culpable, you'll only ever point it out when it's a Democrat. You guys got a lot of skeletons too, maybe one day you'll look at what laws are being broken instead of who is breaking them.

Force them to testify or put them all in jail for all I care.
I'm with you, they should all all be held to the same standard.

Sure I want to know. And they looked into it a lot already. And they've found nothing. At some point people deserve their privacy. They spent years digging into that family and came up with a few minor charges.

If the cops were watching a suspected mobster for 5 years and the best they had was jaywalking and littering, wouldn't you think it might be time to move on?

It sounds like you want an endless investigation until something is found or you feel you've gotten your pound of flesh. You might not get that. I wanted to know what happened to all those documents. I'm not getting that either. Sometimes life sucks. 🤷‍♂️

Keep in mind the circumstances surrounding the previous investigation. The Dems and the media were calling the laptop "Russian Interference", so the news outlets weren't going to pursue it. Although I suspect the FBI knew it wasn't from the beginning. Also, the one person who could answer the question of who the "big guy" was, pled the 5th.

No, just an honest questioning of Hunter. And if that goes nowhere, then it can end. But keep in mind, this may not be a Congressional Hearing, but with the FBI out of Dem control, they can and probably will investigate it. Who knows what they already have that is being suppressed.

Not sure what documents you are referring? The ones Trump had at Mar-A-Lago?

We already did that and it went nowhere. Now you want to do it all over again with a new set of people. Who knows, with the people running things, you might just get that. But I say they've been through enough. We don't typically go back and re-investigate everything when the administration changes. What's changed since the last investigation that would warrant a new one beyond you not caring for the people who did the investigation? Produce something other than paranoia and suspicion to justify a new investigation and I'll be on board. Until then, it sounds like you want to glue the horse back together so you can beat on it some more.

That must be why Trump settled out of court with a journalist (the name escapes me at the moment), who he sued for claiming that he wasn't as wealthy as he claimed.
  • Trump really wants to be seen as wealthy. If he were as wealthy as he claimed, he would parade the tax returns around and would show them to the camera every chance he got, like the letter from Kim Jong Un.
  • As part of the settling agreement the journalist had to sign an NDA. Either Trump definitely isn't as rich as he claims or he has several skeletons hidden in there. Probably both, because the CFO of the Trump Org went to jail.

Trump hired people he could trust. And yes, that meant family members. You say "hired". They weren't paid.

Do you have a source for them not being paid? I'm genuinely curious.
But to say that Jared Kushner wasn't paid, would be similar to saying that Steve Jobs was paid only $1 per year when he came back to Apple, and forget all about the stock options.
Kushner was tasked to secure peace in the Middle East. How exactly did that turn out?
Do you think that he should have spent less time securing that $2 billion investment by the Saudis?

And as for trusting...
Donald Trump literally said: I know the best people!
Strangely, he initially praised them, then he fired them, and then he talked shit about them, because according to him they were incompetent.
Then why did he hire them?
Easy answer: The only qualification Trump cares about is that his underlings kiss his ass. Be prepared for a lot more incompetence this time around!

All the things he pled the 5th to last time.

We have no idea what he did or did not answer as it was behind closed doors.

Well was it the former or the latter? Did he plead the 5th or do we have no idea? The fact is, you don't know what you don't know and won't admit it. I'm not talking about Hunter, I'm talking about you.

And what did Jordan plead the 5th to? We definitely don't know because he's in contempt.

Yes those, and those that are still missing.

Also I want to know where the $10 million from Egypt went, and I want to know how Kushner got 666 5th avenue bailed out of financial trouble. I want to know why there are missing visitor logs from the first Trump administration? Also why isn't there an accounting of what foreign nationals stayed at the Trump Hotel in DC?

And who were the people trump let examine highly sensitive codeword Top Secret documents he accumulated at Mar-a-Lago?

As for Hunter, the more I read, I realize that Joe has trashed his legacy to the point Hunter no longer matters.

As a father, I'd trash my reputation every day of the week if it protected my kids from unwarranted persecution.

Whether it's "unwarranted" is in the eye of the beholder. But in the eyes of Joe, that seems to be how he sees it (based on reporting). It's his choice to make and he made it and he'll have to lives with the consequences. I think he'll be fine.

Maybe ya'll can circle back to Hillary's emails? That old horse hasn't been beat on in ages and she's not sitting on a fresh pardon. Just a thought.
